I believe you are right. Last Dec. 21st Marc announced their plans to up list. Then a month later Marc said that the had been interviewing accounting forms. Ten months later, nothing done.

Now on Oct 10th Marc again put out the up list BS. It is now 13 days later and since he has already interviewed those accounting firms he should have narrowed down the list already. But what do GDSM investors hear? Silence as usual! How long does Marc expect investors to wait.

Also Marc announced with great fanfare the new JV on Aug 21st to develop the Azurite mine that would be in production in 90-120 days!

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that Western Sierra will be scheduling a meeting in Prescott, Arizona open to all investors, interested parties and shareholders of both companies. The purpose of the meeting is to give shareholders an opportunity to hear a first-hand presentation of the opportunity at Azurite. The attendees will have a chance to meet with those involved from the mining side and to have any questions or concerns they may have answered. An announcement regarding the date and time will be forthcoming shortly. Any attendees will need to RSVP so that a proper venue may be chosen.
