While you're here friend, can you (or anyone else) explain to me the purpose behind JB filing a Form 4? He had already ceased to be an officer, director, or 10% Owner quite some time ago. He had even sold a significant amount of shares back in 2012 without filing a Form 4, according to this copy of a court affidavit someone had posted in IHUB:
