Ike Sutton invited shareholders to see his LED and eco-pole assembly plant at SAVW. That was a complete scam and the invite was designed to hoodwink people into buying shares.
Price change over a 15 month period $0.10 to $0.0001.
Share count over the same timeframe: 105M to approx. 7B today.
I'm not saying BCAP is a scam, but I want to provide a known example to address your question.
