For the record, a certain amount of scepticism is healthy and helpful and keeps markets honest.Shorting keeps unreal enthusiasm in check,I get that.
This company got ahead of itself with those early PRs, no doubt.The details of the contracts or triggers for collecting AR will hang over their head until revenue is shown or the contracts explained in more detail.I get that. BKind is a good dude, with some valid points.I think some of his points are wrong and presumptive, but he has every right to say them.Especially since he is not a paid basher and he does not spam all day like a paid basher might .He posts lots ,which is fine and great, and he understands the market and convertibles more than I currently do.I think he is not taking the regualtory envoironment and Cali. state law into enough consideration though.
If there is no merger,Janes card and simple prepay within 45 days, I will be just as pissed as BKind .The gauntlet was thrown down on the CC.45 days,no more lagging,no more excuses for the dividend and name change,etc.
I believe they will do it.The merger will show all the details good and bad and then we can go from there.This is a small company that needs to under promise,overdeliver instead of vice versa.
