Peopleswayis pleased to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with IdeaWebCatcher Holdings, Inc. Under the terms of the MOU, a closing date is scheduled for June 25, 2014 .
As previously disclosed, IdeaWebCatcher Holdings, Inc. was established to identify and research primarily web- and cloud-based companies, applications and/or projects to incubate and assist operationally.With a number of projects already underway and others in consideration, we are excited about the potential for explosive growth of IdeaWebCatcher.

We believe many of the ideas in development and that are being considered currently could generate $5,000,000 to $10 million or more in revenues each in less than 36 months."
