I believe PC, he knows what he is talking about and I do not doubt him at all.
If HC is on site they are there to do inspections.

There will be a lag time from site inspection to license issuance, That presents an opportunity to get those GTC Limit orders placed pre license while you still can. I just saw .0597 on L2
