eDoorways Attains Current, Transparent Status with OTC Markets


AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- eDoorways International Corporation (Pink Sheets: EDWY) announced today that the Company has been granted Current Information status by OTC Markets following successfully updating financial and managerial information. "There is no higher designation for a PinkSheet company than receiving the Current Information status from the OTC Marketplace," stated Chris Mitchell, CFO of eDoorways. "We've spent a lot of time and energy increasing our transparency throughout the last year and we're thrilled to be completely caught up with our filings and in the last days of our audits completion."

The Company is expecting to continue with the scheduled up-listing to a higher tiered exchange, increasing visibility and transparency.
