Wilshire Bancorp Declares $0.05 Cash Dividend

LOS ANGELES, June 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: WIBC ), the parent company of Wilshire Bank, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of June 30, 2014, payable on July 15, 2014.
