Peoplesway is pleased to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Idea WebCatcher Holdings, Inc.Under the terms of the MOU, a closing date is scheduled for June 25, 2014.
As previously disclosed, Idea WebCatcher Holdings, Inc. was established to identify and research primarily web- and cloud-based companies, applications and/or projects to incubate and assist operationally.With a number of projects already underway and others in consideration, we are excited about the potential for explosive growth of Idea WebCatcher.
"We see tremendous opportunities for multiple revenue streams and ROI for our shareholders through Idea WebCatcher.
