Are you certain that Mr. Bordynuik can't be posting while you're not watching? It seems unlikely you can be around him 24/7.
Your expectations might be dialed back, but I'm certain you originally invested because you were led to believed Mr. Bordynuik's original claims that he could make oil for under $10/bbl for which he had offers to buy at WTI-$3. Those claims were blatantly untrue. In my opinion you and other investors have a strong case in charging Mr. Bordynuik for fraud. You didn't invest on dialed back expectations.
My opinion only, but I disagree with you that management is the problem. If the original claims were true, it wouldn't matter how incompetent the management--90% margins leaves a huge, huge margin for screw ups. On the other hand, when there is really no value while management represented there was value, that's when investors typically start seeing continual delays and double-talk.
