not enough info- anyway Bob needs to keep his fighting spirit to deal w gamers-they try to wear their opponents out
-an entry of default-but not default judgment -had been entered against geo ca dec 1 2012,but they came back w a motion june 7 2013 and trial just kept getting delayed because TX was repeatedly delayed-
a problem w the bizarre bifurcated venue games geo created by bringing TX case when everything should 've been handled all together in CA as per the jva agreement
