In response to a comment on FudHub about shareholders suing over the way the SEC handled the "media credits" Xena said:
THIS would be a case where I would take EXTREME MEASURES...
NUKE the PERP-Captors... and apologetically grieve over the "dead SEC collateral damage!
While urging my fed legislators to put teeth into FINRA & create a NEW agency to assist FINRA in ROUNDING UP and JAILING any survivor-(illegal)-market-manipulators in addition to determining amounts of gain that MUST BE DISGORGED up to, but not beyond, bankruptcy for funds, MMs, and principals in those enterprises!
