Ie I'm privy to discuss MMJ with vascular and heart surgeons..outpatient MD, interventional radiologist, cardiologist, nurse practitioners. There's a special interest with those with rumatoid arthritis and osteo.....huge. Just huge!
Our BOD are neuro focused but I offer this. The brain and the neurological system is encompassed with transmitters...plex's all following the entire neurological system...the key is to find those different receptors..through out the body...my research has shown diff strains of MMJ and the intake goes after those specific receptors and the receptors accept the medicine. So if it's a immuno system like RA or Osteo the MMJ strain specific goes to that receptor...if it's chronic pain it focus on blood brain barrier and offers release at the head...the PTSD is even more interesting since there is a psychological play...so instead of narcs, antidepressants, some which have epinephrine in the make up, which causes cardiac ab moralities as well as suicidal or homocidal ideal action...now can be focused as well.
