You do know those zoning minutes are referring to the horse ranch site #2 right? No one disputes that that site needs to be rezoned. So when Bill says there is no zoning issue, he is referring to site 1 and in regards to getting the license, which is true. You say he needs better advisers, I say you need better DD j/k
