FACT: A/O March 31, 2014, RIGH has only two outstanding loans in the amount of $31K to Barron Capital and $15K to Adamas Fund )Note 6 and 8 of FY13 and Q1/2014 FINS), and a disputed $211K to Barron Capital (page 3, balance sheet). These are considerably low loan rates for a growth stage company that has been in operation for 4 years and publicly traded for 2.5 years. The $211K may be written off, as Barron Capital converted existing debt above market price at the time of the conversion on a prior debt [this is the amount being disputed], (can be found on page 10, note 6 on Q3/2012 FINS. Barron even blogs about it on their web page, stating additional debt in the amount of $100K may have to be written off. Considering the transfer agent holds this information, my bet is that RIGH is holding five aces on this dispute, and would be why BCAP has not filed a Quarterly report since Q2/2012...so they, as financier, do not tip their hand. FACT: Angel has already explained to me personally in a meeting on April 9th, he does not intend to conduct a R/S (and reiterates it here in this email) and goes into further detail the intent of the A/S increase to 30B (for defensive, IMHO "anti-takeover" purposes).
