learned Thursday that the FBI has been following him around investigating illegal insider trading allegations...
instead of rounding up criminal perps directing & posting FALSE INFROMATION on multiple SMBs to defraud billions over decades from honest, unsuspecting, hard-working investors who thought that they were buying into the American dream in an honest market place!
I suspect that there will be great hoopla ala Martha-Stewart-style witch hunt (OVER NEXT TO NOTHING) marking poster-boy Phil to divert the attention spans of GNATS so the TRUE CRIMINAL MANIPULATORS can proclaim how the CLEANSING OF THE CORRUPTION is complete!!
AND moreover... what a wonderful job the SEC, FBI, FINRA, & (gasp of awe) the DTCC have done in keeping free markets UNSULLIED by corrupt & fraudulent manipulation!
IMO market fraud...
if not dealt with soon, severely, and completely...
will DESTROY capital markets globally & wreck the financial security of Americans with IRAs, 401Ks, and other security accounts so thoroughly that it will make the crash of 1929 look like a financial hiccup!
