Dear Medinah Shareholders:
We regret to inform you that Mr. Larry Regis, one of the original founders and former Board Member and President of Medinah Minerals, Inc., passed away yesterday while visiting his family in Utah. During his many years of service, Mr. Regis served with distinction, honor and wholehearted commitment. Mr.Regis also served with distinction in the Utah State House of Representatives. His attendance at the Medinah Shareholders Meeting, May 11, 2014 was the most recent opportunity for many of us to rub shoulders with him and express our personal appreciation to him for his support for Medinah. He will be sorely missed by all.
The Medinah Board of Directors, management team and family of shareholders extend our deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Regis. We pray that God’s blessings of sweet comfort and peace will attend and support them during the coming weeks and months ahead.

Inferred mineral resources are considered too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. There is no certainty that mineral resources will be converted into mineral reserves.
