Out of curiosity is this your first penny stock? or Pinkie? most usually say nothing and keep you in the dark for months!!!
the O/S has increased to 482+ million that's where the money is coming from. Capital is always the issue with pennies they've done it pretty responsibly It's like walking on a tight rope. Once you hear that the LOC has been deposited in the bank and the container is on it's way you'll sleep better.
in closing don't put all your eggs in one basket...I don't care how well things are going anything can happen! You need to be ready for that. this is the wild wild west.

incidently the New York license I think costs $27,280 for 3 years! I wouldn't be surprised if the LOC was paying for that.
I used to import product from China and I've never had anyone fly to sign a LOC. the bank would forward it to the suppliers bank and they would release the product. However they didn't have access to the funds until I received the goods. Marani is doing it differently they're taking half the funds and then releasing the product and once it gets delivered the bank will release the rest of the funds...This is a bit unusual but it benefits Marani for sure. Quicker access to the funds.
