Brownstone Announces Resignation of President and COO
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 30, 2014) - Brownstone Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BWN)(OTCQX:BWSOF) announces that Jonathan Schroeder, the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, has resigned effective May 31, 2014 to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Schroeder will remain a Director of Brownstone. The company has no immediate plans to fill the position.
