You are right, I am not concerned. But asking the questions a certain way may help others when someone effectively answers them.
Now - with regards to your answer, I do not discount that they are in the system and in those 12 costcos...however, there is a difference in being in the system as a local/regional product, and being in the system as a nationally available product. And frankly - without a distribution network, I am sure its the regional program. for now. Again, I believe alot of those product discussion happen semi annually and they will no doubt be added to the national register upon review.,..
