Another goody.....a secure company meeting would be ideal....see below:
Ahead of the meeting, the message the Treaty shareholders will deliver to management is to set up a registration system so that only shareholders can listen and participate. This may or may not happen, but there really is no need for the interfering parties to be involved, as their unsavory motivations don't align with the good intentions of this company.
Bottom line, there is a well used proverb that speaks about a crook calling someone else a crook.
