You realize with your bullet points 1), 2) and 3), that burning plastic to heat a building fits the bill just as nicely...plus it's not limited to the clean plastics of only types HDPE, PP and LDPE which JBI is allowed to use, right??
So in the 'chaff' example, under what circumstances would a wheat farmer want a grinder? Keep in mind that the farmer will spend money to get rid of the chaff, either by running equipment to plow it under into the field or by paying someone that same amount of money to haul away the chaff. The farmer is indifferent.
Would you agree that only circumstance where the farmer would only want the grinder is if the ground chaff is more valuable or less costly to dispose than the unground chaff?
