That was quick (and smooth). Good deal! Speaking of 'smooth,' Angel's advisers have been playing this smart all the way since Feb 13th (dark days), until current (as in pink current). They are not faltering now. We are only finishing step two on a very long and sweet journey...

In a general sense, protecting strategic information is good for company value and good for personal gains of shareholders. The Apple analogy applies to any well run company, public or otherwise. Granted, disclosures are important and these will absolutely continue as well as increase in frequency (as appropriate)."
