Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-05-30 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GRIGISKES AB has received notifications from Rosemount Holdings LLC on the disposal of voting rights and from Akitta Investment Limited on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed - 5%, the reason for crossing the threshold is a securities sales-purchase agreement (see attachments).
