No question Patrick Byrne was spot on and I think all those who have been fighting this battle have differing expectations. SAC was a biggie imho even though I must admit to being disappointed with the outcome at least so far. I still am hoping for roundups and perp walks especially for those who exerted so much power on the boards.
The process has taken far longer than it should have and since yesterday's announcement I have wondered if it was prompted by a lack of action by some. Several situations I am privy to seem to have been put on hold at least temporarily and that is cause for concern. Hopefully, we get the news we have been waiting for soon.
