In comparison to the equivalent time period in 2013, sales of Vilniaus Degtinė AB in January-March of 2014 grew by 2.6 percent. Sales reached LTL 14,318k (EUR 4,147k) in January-March of 2014, while they were LTL 13,957k (EUR 4,042k) in January-March of 2013.
In comparison to the equivalent period last year, sales of manufactured alcoholic beverages grew by 31.1 percent, or LTL 2,999k (EUR 869k) in January-March of 2014.
In comparison to the equivalent period last year, the 2014 January-March sales of manufactured alcoholic beverages to European Union countries grew by 20.6 percent, while sales to third countries were 4.6 times greater than before.
In the January-March period of 2014, earnings before tax reached LTL 357k (EUR 103k), while earnings before tax in the same time period in 2013 were LTL 201k (EUR 58k).
The EBITDA of the January-March period of 2014 was LTL 1,281k (EUR 371k), while the EBITDA of the January-March period of 2013 was LTL 1,238k (EUR 359k).
