I missing something here. HIMR has signed financial contracts with way to many people for a company who has not generated any revenues yet. We have Sheldon, Frank, Tony, Micheal, Their senior partner from Panama, and Hemp ( in which they are paying to consult for them). All we have heard is share reduction from first revenues yet the AS & OS have both increased. If there is a plan in motion here I cant figure it out, this makes no sense. Unless they have other contracts that will generate revenue that we don't know about yet, and they need the backing to get started. $720,000 in salaries and consulting fees for next year will eat up first contract for revenue. Until we hear permit is in hand all I can see is share dilution. JMO
