Indigo buys up another terminal in North Dakota, late last night we bought another terminal so we can enhance our services from North to South for the movement of Canadian and Bakken crude oil we have added 4 more loops which is about 10 miles for loading and additional blending service, plus 2.4 million barrels of storage.
All permits are in place and we have already started construction.
Indigo is also currently building a crude oil rail to barge terminal on Mississippi river.

We now have over 1400 acres under contract and plans to build 10 loops. Which will give us a capacity to move around 300,000 bbls per day of both light and heavy. We are proposing to have about 6.4 million bbls of storage . BNSF has approved both sites!!! In Palermo were already are fully permitted and grading the land. Well folks the crop has been finally been harvested on Osceola come Monday we will get ready the property for the over 12 studies to get finished on the permitting from the ADEQ and the COE, etc. Hopefully with in 90 days both will be under-construction. That way we will get ready to move @ 400,000 Bbl s a dyd down stream to market
