This basher is going to get his/hers. I know he/she has been reported along with a few others! With all the companies suing basherss and winning against them you have to be????? to do it imho!
I also know other sites will hand over basher information on a SIMPLE request. Here is one for example!
Subpoenas for member account information must be issued by or domesticated through a court having personal jurisdiction over iHub. iHub's Registered Agent is located in Tallahassee, Florida and we accept service from the United States District Courts for Florida.
