The group I really am annoyed with is Health Canada. They ask Bill to expedite the build leading anyone with a brain to think they would expedite the inspection. There is a failure but it all is on Health Canada for misleading Bill, the BOD and the shareholders. There really is no excuse for it other than they don't really care just like every other bureaucratic institution.
