The Envivio Denver office is the headquarters for Americas customer support, and also includes sales and professional services for customers in the region. In addition to the new office and personnel in Denver, Envivio has also enhanced its worldwide support organization with the addition of Cyril Carlier as director of global customer support. Cyril brings nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications and expertise in managing customer support for Tier 1 operators, at companies including ECI Telecommunications, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, Tellabs and Newbridge. He is based in Rennes, France.
