I called OTC to figure out why SKTO hasn't regaine

I called OTC to figure out why SKTO hasn't regained current status. I found out that there is a "compliance issue" and it's "procedural." The rep was really hesitant to give that information and said if I need further information to contact the company. He also said that both parties have been in contact with each other about this.
