"Just one more reason to refute claims the company

That outcome will be very binary. Either the secret catalyst makes the normally unprofitable process of pyrolysis profitable--in which case it's worth a lot...or it doesn't and JBI is absolutely worthless. The stock may or may not bounce around on it's path to one of those two endpoints, but it will get there.
Even I would agree that if Mr. Bordynuiks initial claims were true, JBI would be worth at least $100/share. However if they're not true then you will eventually see subpenny.
There are only two ways to see that outcome. The first is to wait patiently until you see your stock reflect one of those two values...and the second is that you can contact the company and press them for answers on whether or not there's any evidence that the product is worth more than the corresponding feedstock. The second way will save you a lot of time and allow you to make or save a lot of money.
An alternative to the second way would be to ask JBI what obstacles still stand in the way of profitable production. Pressing for answers on that front would likely be enlightening.
