Thanks, that mortgage was with my former credit union. They were very helpful and patient in the beginning, tried to modify the loan and then they suggested a short sale. The were great through the whole short sale process and several extensions needed for all sorts of crazy reasons (God, if you ever have to go through that you have my sympathies!), but about 3 months after the sale was completed, they called me on a Friday afternoon saying they were closing all my accounts with them and I would no longer be a member as of the following Monday morning. Kind of sucked as we most of our bills setup on auto-pay and several of them got denied. Had a lot of explaining to do! lol

Oh well. We got new banking and things are stable again.
