NAPLES, Fla., May 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBGI ) ("the Company"), a large- and mid-size market radio broadcaster, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.045 per share of its Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on July 10, 2014, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2014.
While the Company intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future, all subsequent dividends will be reviewed quarterly and declared by the Board of Directors at its discretion.
