Thanks guys. We won't be selling. Just need to re-convince myself from time to time with all this quietness again!

We're going up to Mackinac Island for a few days. We spent a weekend there when we were dating and had planned to honeymoon there until some friends gave us a week in their condo on Kauai. Couldn't pass that up!

Don't really use credit anymore. Both of our prior marriages left us with some big bills and credit issues that we're still paying off. Only credit thing in our future is a mortgage, but we'll probably stay away from cards and other personal loans. Speaking of mortgages, anyone know a good mortgage broker that will really go to bat for you? I had to short sell my last home after my divorce and looking to see how/what I can qualify for now to get us a home of our own and stop throwing money away on rent. Read quite a bit online about getting a mortgage after a short sale and it's doable under the right the conditions, so if anyone knows someone good. Would appreciate the referral!
