"i know .. i too expect *seamless* from a start up

Keep in mind, investors, that in 2009/2010 investors were being told by Mr. Bordynuik that all he had to do was shove waste plastic on one end of his machine, sprinkle in his secret catalyst and oil worth WTI-$3 would come pouring out of the other end.
Investors were told it was seamless. Mr. Bordynuik then announced commercial operations in December 2010, essentially saying that if there were any seams, those seams were all gone at that time.
That poster has a time line of up to ten years for a start up, even though for JBI all the research and development was represented as complete (the recipe for the catalyst) from the very beginning. So essentially in 2009 the time line would have been 2019. It's a bit of a mystery why someone who knew ahead of time that it takes up to ten years would invest knowing all of her fellow investors had a time line of "soon," "around the corner," "on the cusp, " etc...--hopes which were sure to be dashed, so take those predictions with a grain of salt.
Typically a better way than just waiting faithfully and patiently for the next five years hoping for a penny stock to pan out...is to ask the company what "seams" still stand in the way of profitability. For example a person can e-mail JBI right now and ask what seams still stand in the way of processors #2 and #3 operating in profitable full production. Any answers, as well as the reason they're currently not running, might be enlightening.
