TAMPA, FLA., May 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IVANS Insurance Solutions today announced that Westfield Insurance has added Declaration (Dec) Pages to its Activity Notes download through IVANS, enabling the carrier to efficiently deliver more policy information directly to its independent agencies.
Activity Notes is a new ACORD XML data standard that allows carriers to generate and send a variety of policy, billing, claims and policyholder-related messages to their agencies through IVANS. It provides secure, efficient online communication from carriers to their independent agencies, delivering policy information that would otherwise be sent through email, fax and postal mail. Activity Notes also allows carriers to send policy and claims information for unsupported insurance lines of business for which no ACORD standard currently exists. Activity Notes download is only available through the IVANS network.

Westfield also leverages IVANS Translation for Activity Notes to synchronize policy information between the company and agent systems to ensure all parties have access to current information.
