A number of investors in penny stocks are serial victims. I don't think they're part of a crew, they just appear to be hapless. There are a few who lost money on the USSE/SSTP scam who jumped right into JBII and now believe the same evil forces are at work trying to bankrupt JBI. I would love to hear an explanation of how posting on a message board affects the operations of a company at all, much less can bankrupt it, but that's what they believe. I've asked them for their explanation of how message board posting can lead to company bankruptcy but I've never gotten any response.
I was absolutely surprised to hear one poster here, who was previously a proponent and investment victim of USSE/SSTP, state that USSE/SSTP was a scam. So it sounds like those serial victims do eventually figure it out...but they can't quite seem to relate the learning experience to their current situation.
