LowVARates Doubles Growth over Last 4 Months

LINDON, Utah, May 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LowVARates has expanded and grown over the past four months and now offers VA home loan options for nearly all 50 states.

The last four months the company has seen its VA loan volume and employee base double. The company continues to grow and expand services to more and more veterans across the nation.
LowVARates funded $37,000,000.00 in loan volume in April and nearly tripled its volume from the first month of the year.  The company has goals and projections to close $50,000,000.00 per month by June 2014.

Owner and President of LowVARates, Eric Kandell, has been thrilled to see the steady growth of the company through 2014.

"We have steadily grown every month this year and look forward to seeing continued growth throughout all of 2014." Kandell said. "Our employees have really worked hard during the first part of the year and LowVARates is seeing some great growth and development because of the hard work."

LowVARates is currently licensed in 39 states (plus District of Columbia) and has licenses pending in the other 11 states.  In the following months the company plans to be licensed in all 50 states.

According to the 2014 Scotsman Guide released in April 2014, LowVARates currently employs 5 of the top 25 VA loan volume loan officers in the nation, including 3 of the top 10 producing loan officers.

"We really do have some of the most knowledgeable and best VA loan officers in the nation," Kandell said. "It's very comforting for veteran home owners to know their loan officer has years of experience doing VA loans.  Our loan officers understand VA loans and are fully equipped to help veteran homeowners save money."

LowVARates has been helping military families save money on purchasing and refinancing their VA home loans for nearly 10 years.  VA loan interest rates continue to stay low and many veterans have taken advantage of the low rates during 2014.

The VA offers many unique options to help veterans save money and ensure the best loan for each individual home owner.  Some of the popular home loan options include 30 year fixed loan, 15 year fixed loan and the VA Hybrid loan.

VA loans offer 100% financing and allow military families the opportunity to become home owners with no down payment.

"We love working with VA loans and helping educate military families on the benefits and advantages of using a VA home loan," Kandell said. "It's really a privilege to work with our troops and we are always grateful for the daily sacrifices they make to ensure our safety and freedom."
