Merger is going to happen,they are trying to be transparent by having the merger.
I believe they stopped talking about grow sites because people were talking on the boards like they were going to farm a giant field themselves.There is no shortage of herb for them to make Med Greens products,collectives using the PharmaJanes platform obviously have their own flower connections.Med Greens cannot grow cannabis, and it should not be releasing PRs that sound like it is growing.That sort of PR does not happen anymore, they are much more clear these days.
Why do you care where the office is?This is a small operation spread all over the state.Literally from San Diego to Northern Humboldt County.An office these days is 20 grand at least a year.Spend that on Benz ,Gomez , and Dharmanol, in no order of importance.
The divvy comes with the merger which I repeat is happening.They are technically independent contractors, not employees. I am not sure if they would still list indep. con. on their filings.
Your attempts to make this seem like it is not a real company seem archaic considering there are people in cars driving all over LA delivering MG products that were ordered on a website.
The centerpiece of the pipeline not even released yet, there should be huge demand for it when released.
Maybe we should hear something soon when exactly the CC will be.They will clear lots of things up I am sure and hopefully give some clarity about how much they get from licensing on PJs and the collectives.
