Someone posted an example on that other site and it looked perfect. No Photoshop required. A couple of the guys were talking about editing the page using some browser plug-in or something. Then you just take a screen shot and it looks like nothing has been "altered" because, well, it hasn't as far as the picture is concerned.
I'm all for having a good laugh but that was not cool. You don't want that kind of person posting no matter what your position.
