Well, keep in mind that the big, big, big, biggie is Mr. Bordynuik's claims that he has a catalyst which, when used in pyrolysis, can make a fuel for under $10/bbl out of readily available waste plastic for which he had offers to buy from Somerset Refinery for WTI-$3, or around $100/bbl.
Since Mr. Bordynuik keeps all of that in a black box, nobody can prove or disprove it. The claims assail the common senses of most investors but then he doesn't need most investors--he only needs some people to believe and put in their money. Mr. Bordynuik could just as well say he has a catalyst which can turn lead into gold and come up with a story to make that seem more credible, and nobody could disprove that either.
As you investors eventually find new investments, keep in mind that lack of proof of fraud from outsiders does not equal proof of commercial viability from the insiders. When the insiders of a company want you to rely on lack of proof to the contrary rather than providing proof, you should automatically see a big red flag. Right now you should be wondering why processors #2 and #3 aren't roaring to life to provide evidence and cash.
Likewise when a poster like 801 proudly announces that Mr. Bordynuik hasn't been caught for fraud (which is true since so far all the cases for accounting fraud were settled) then take that with a big grain of salt.
