OTC:FILM (Pink Sheets) announces that effective May 23, 2014, 4,592,200 of Cre8tive's common stock was returned to treasury reducing the total issued and outstanding common shares of Cre8tive down to 30,716,668.
"In preparation of the audit, we did a thorough review of the shareholder list" stated Richard Smith, Secretary & Treasurer of Cre8tive. "We found that there were a number of issuances relating to past transactions that had not closed. Management agreed to return these shares to treasury as there was no likely hood of these transactions closing.
