It's been "soon" or "just a little longer" for over five years. Just keep waiting just a little longer...and eventually you'll 'tik tok' your way right past the statute of limitations if you ever decided that you've been defrauded with the promise of $10/bbl crude oil.
Typically the clock for fraud starts running six years after a person has been harmed or two years after a person realizes they've been defrauded or should have reasonably have known they were defrauded. I believe the communication from JBI has been vague enough to keep investors guessing but time keeps moving forward. There probably won't be any concrete event which definitively starts that clock...it would likely have to be investors saying, "It suddenly dawned on me that he was lying about being able to make diesel and crude oil for under $10/bbl."
Regardless of when that clock starts, the passing of time makes a suit harder. Not that this applies to the faithful and patient but, like Grantg2 with SSTP, investors might eventually realize that JBI is a scam but realize that way too late.
