The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- DÃ¼sseldorf, 28 May 2014 On the basis of the enabling resolution of the shareholders' meeting of 30 July 2010 the Management Board and Supervisory Board of ecotel communication ag resolved today to call in the 390,000 treasury shares acquired in accordance with Â§Â 71, para. 1, no. 8 of the German Stock Corporation Law (AktG) under reduction of the company's share capital. As a result of this resolution all 390,000 fully paid-up shares held by ecotel communication ag will be reduced with a calculated share in the company's capital stock of EURÂ 1.00 per share. The call-in of the treasury shares will reduce the company's capital stock by EURÂ 390,000.00 from EURÂ 3,900,000.00 to EURÂ 3,510,000.00. The calculated share of the capital stock per share remains unchanged at EURÂ 1.00. ecotel communication ag assumes that the share capital reduction will take effect in June 2014.
