$CRWG entered into an agreement to sell its online forum PBNation.com and related website and domain names to VerticalScope, Inc. for $1.38 million, according to a recent 8-K filing with the SEC. The cash generated from the sale will be used to bolster its balance sheet and reduce its operating expenses, while freeing up capital for management to make additional higher growth acquisitions.
