Stabilus successfully completes IPO - greenshoe option fully exercised Today J.P. Morgan Securities plc, as the stabilisation manager for the IPO of Stabilus S.A. (ISIN: LU1066226637, WKN: A113Q5), fully exercised the greenshoe option on behalf of the issuing banks. With this step, Stabilus S.A. has successfully completed its IPO. As such, no stabilisation measures were carried out during the stabilisation period of 23-28 May 2014. The greenshoe option included 1,584,079 bearer shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.01 per share that were made available to the underwriters as an over-allotment by the selling shareholder, Servus Group HoldCo II S.á r.l.. As previously announced, upon full exercise of the greenshoe option 12,157,335 shares have been placed, resulting in an issue volume of EUR 261.4m. The free float now stands at 58.7%.
