Just one problem I think. There is way too much interest in this for nobody or no organization to keep this secret. When news for that license breaks it won't take 60 seconds for that to hit every stock board and trading desk. It wouldn't surprise me if it leaks, but unless someone was really anonymous that would probably get you in a lot of trouble.
I do have one question if anyone can speak to this.
If you work for say, Health Canada, would it be legal for you to invest in this (or other) stock, knowing that you could have information that could double the stock. I think I understand insider trading, but I don't know all the aspects of it. If someone worked for HC and told someone else they should buy the stock. Forget the ethics.......I'm just curious if it is illegal, and in the second scenario how could you even prove it.
