Is that goetee guy in the distance? Lol I hope that guy doesn't shave! I wouldn't know what to call him. 
On a serious note I believe all the work is done to obtain a license for building 1. Security & vault are in, fence is up, tracking is secured. License should be extremely close. I know other companies mentioned took time, FITX started this process 6-7 months ago. The time is now for license!?! I certainly hope so!
